MOTD – RAINBOW TREAT

I guess I’m not quite through with those rainbow vibes just yet!! I’ve been wanting to try a version of this look since the Rainbow 🌈collection came out, but I didn’t want to overload too many similar looks at one time.

This is even more gorgeous than I had hoped for! I used a lot of shadows (and even a blush!) on this look – but in my opinion it’s completely worth the effort!

Can we just talk about this lip mix for a second, too?! I mean… I’m just obsessed with how gorgeous Summer Treat and Sunstone look together – and then Papaya Gloss just adds a whole other level of BAM! – and I’m feeling it ALL.

Here’s everything I used for this look!

💋 Silk Pore & Wrinkle Minimizer

MOTD – Cow Print

HOW FUN IS THIS COW PRINT EYELINER?! 🐮I’m basically OBSESSED.

This look was inspired by the amazing Sophie Hannah! She has the most inspiring feed and she’s so very talented – definitely give her a follow! She was inspired by the equally as amazing @rei.lilith, so she gets the original credit for this super fun idea.

And yes – it’s totally extra. But it’s perfect for a fun and playful look, or even festival season and events – cow print is IN, ladies! Have fun with it!

I used Snow ShadowSense as the base for my print, and Starry Sky EyeSense as my spots and to outline the wing (this was the hardest part! I had Q-tips on hand!)

I also found out during the creation of this look that Pink Berry BlushSense mixed with Oasis Glitter ShadowSense makes a magical purple paradise. It’s insane how gorgeous this color is up close. I used the mix on my lower liner. But then – I took it one amazing step further.

I took my remaining Pink Berry/Oasis purple mix and added a full pump of Pearlizer and mixed thoroughly. WOWZA. This made an insanely beautiful highlight mix (I’m making myself a note to grab a good pic of this mix alone tomorrow – because it NEEDS to be seen) – I used a highlight brush to add the mix to my brow bone, the main lid area of my eyes (carefully, the liner was already done and I wasn’t trying to get TOO CLOSE to that line haha), my cupid’s bow, and of course, the top of my cheeks. This highlight is INSANELY beautiful, you guys.

On my lips, I chose Lilac Lacquer to closely match my lower liner (it was a very close match!) and topped with Matte Gloss for a more modern finish.

Here’s everything I used for this look!

💋 Silk Pore & Wrinkle Minimizer
💋 Medium CCTM all over face
💋 Deep CCTM as contour
💋 Bronze & Terra Cotta BlushSense on cheeks
💋 White/Medium Concealers on Blemishes
💋 White/Medium Concealers under eyes
💋 Candlelight as eyeshadow base & under eyes
💋 Pink Berry BlushSense + Oasis Glitter ShadowSense mixed 1:1 as lower eyeliner
💋 Pink Berry + Oasis Glitter + Pearlizer added in for highlight and main lid
💋 Snow ShadowSense & Starry Sky EyeSense for cow print winged liner
💋 Moca Java ShadowSense as transition
💋 Rustic Brown ShadowSense on brows
💋 Black LashSense VolumeIntense Mascara (Regular & Waterproof formulas layered)
💋 Lilac Lacquer LipSense
💋 Matte Gloss
💋 Ardell Demi Wispies Lashes

MOTD – Golden Ice

So… can I just wear this eye every single day for the rest of my life? Because I’m THAT obsessed.

This look uses a lot of ShadowSense colors, some mixed and some layered. I was tipped off as to how gorgeous Pink Berry BlushSense mixed with Platinum Glitter ShadowSense the other day by my amazing VIP Cindy V., and I knew I had to try it immediately! The combo is simply GORGEOUS. I paired it with my other favorite Pink Berry combination, with Denim ShadowSense, to create this gorgeous pink and purple contrast. Deep Plum was added and blended to create more dimension. I then used Rose Gold Glitter ShadowSense as the center to the halo look I created, and Whisper Pink in my inner corner and on my brow bone highlight. I just LOVE how these beautiful pinks and purples all look together!

I wanted a lighter pink to coordinate with this eye, and Golden Orchid mixed equally with Mauve Ice proved to be a perfect mix!! I topped with Ultra Gold Glitter Gloss (I seriously can’t get enough of this one!) for extra added golden shimmer, and the finished result is just breathtaking.

As a side note, Golden Orchid is officially back in stock (for now!). My last inventory sold out SO fast, so if you need this color in your life, let me know ASAP! (I know I hoarded a few extras for myself, I never want to run out of this perfection!)

MOTD – Pink Wednesday

Okay, so you’ll have to forgive me… I know it’s not Wednesday anymore. But I shot this look last night, and sometimes that’s how things go. 😂 So can we pretend it’s still Wednesday, just for the sake of the Mean Girls reference? Yes – this look was born entirely from the shirt.

This is probably my favorite eye look in recent history. I’m LOVING this super fun ombré double liner look! I used Pink Berry BlushSense on the outer part of the wing, blending carefully into Whisper Pink ShadowSense on the inner corner. I then used Starry Sky liquid EyeSense to create a crisp black wing, leaving the pink poking out on top for a really unique and playful finish.

On my lips, I’m wearing an equal mix of Be Mine (still one of my all time favorite pinks!) and Metallic Plum LipSense. I LOVE how Metallic Plum shifts this color in the most unique way! I topped with Pink Glitter Gloss which adds gorgeous flecks of pink glitter throughout. I’m in LOVE!

Here’s everything I used for this look!

💋 Silk Pore & Wrinkle Minimizer
💋 Medium CCTM & Tan MakeSense, mixed
💋 Moca Java ShadowSense as contour
💋 Bronze & Pink Berry BlushSense
💋 White/Medium Concealers on Blemishes
💋 White/Medium Concealers under eyes

💋 Be Mine & Metallic Plum LipSense, mixed 1:1

PS – As a side note, I’m still in the middle of updating the layout of my Beauty Room. I’m not entirely happy with the current background of my MOTD images now, and I might be moving some stuff around, or breaking the curtain back out. Let me know if you have any helpful suggestions, I’m getting lost in my own thoughts!

MOTD – Mardi Gras Carnival

“Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!”

… Or, “Let the Good Times Roll!”, if you’re partial to English!

Mardi Gras will be celebrated on Tuesday – and this is the perfect festive look to help you celebrate! After a little digging, I also learned that today, Sunday, a parade called Bacchus, will roll through New Orleans. It is in celebration of the Greek god of wine, with grape-related throws. With so much purple incorporated into this Mardi Gras look, it would also work great for today’s parade – now if only I could get to New Orleans to show it off in person. 😉

I’m so obsessed with these gorgeous hues and how they work together. I feel like a walking King Cake, and I couldn’t be happier about that!!

Today’s eye look features a multitude of ShadowSense colors, all of which mix and blend so beautifully with one another. I used a mix of Pink Berry BlushSense with Denim ShadowSense to create this gorgeous custom deep purple on my outer corners, building up the outermost edges with Deep Plum ShadowSense for additional dimension. I used Sandstone Pearl Shimmer as my cut crease on the main lid area, using the purple tones above the crease, and Pink Posey ShadowSense to transition to the brow bone. I used Sandstone Pearl Shimmer again as a highlight (it’s always so perfect under the brow!), and then I used Palm Glitter (still one of my all-time fave colors!) on my waterline for a pop of festive green.

I wanted to carry the theme down to my lips, so I chose the PERFECT Purple for Mardi Gras, Violet Volt, and topped it with Gold Glitter Gloss to add that carnival flair!

MOTD – Be My Valentine

Ooooh, this look in celebration of Valentine’s Day tomorrow is TOO MUCH FUN! If you have been following me for a while, you know that I absolutely LOVE creating fun and artistic looks with my makeup, especially around the holidays – and Valentine’s Day is no exception! These sweet glittery hearts have my heart pumping for sure!

On the eyes, I started with bases of Cherry and Pink Berry BlushSense (for the red, I also mixed some Bandana Shimmer in, too!) for my hearts, and I brushed in loose glitter on top for extra sparkle. (I used NYX Glitter Primer to make sure it stayed in place) and placed additional rhinestones for even MORE pizzazz! I outlined everything with Starry Sky EyeSense, while also using it for a cat-eye liner. On my “glam” eye – I used Pink Berry BlushSense and matching glitter on my inner corner, transitioning with Pink Posey ShadowSense, and placing Onyx on my outer corner to smoke it out.

… But can we just talk about this LIP for a hot second?! Because I. AM. OBSESSED. The mix is kinda goofy, but I REALLY love how it turned out. For my first two layers, I mixed Be Mine & Sugar Plum in equal parts, but for my third layer, I went with straight Sugar Plum to give this amazing shimmering effect. I topped with Pink Glitter Gloss, which took the look to the NEXT LEVEL – just look at that gorgeous pink shimmer! I’m drooling!

I included multiple collages for the eyes, since I actually did two separate looks!

Here’s everything you need for this look!

💋 Moca Java ShadowSense as contour

MOTD – Primrose Pink

The excitement over the Bouquet of Roses Collection is SO REAL! The amazing return of the hugely popular Nude Pink LipSense, paired with the release of the brand new and GORGEOUS Primrose Gloss is enough of a joy all on its own – add in two favorites, Aussie Rose LipSense and Rose Gloss – and the Bouquet of Roses is the perfect Collection for Valentine’s Day.

It was easy to choose today’s lip mix! It’s been a long time since I’ve broken out Nude Pink, and I absolutely couldn’t wait another second to see it paired with Primrose Gloss – and the results did NOT disappoint! How perfect is this nude?!

To play up the Valentine’s Day flavor, I paired this gorgeous neutral lip with a beautifully soft yet bold pink eye. I will never get over how beautifully Pink Berry BlushSense works as an eye color – how gorgeous is it with Garnet and Sandstone Pearl Glitter ShadowSense?! I’m so in LOVE.
