SeneGence Retail Product Guarantee
In accordance with SeneGence policies, if a retail customer is dissatisfied with any retail product for any reason, the customer may return that product to the distributor from whom it was purchased within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase for either a replacement or a refund of the purchase price, less up to ten percent (10%) at the discretion of the Distributor.
All returns must be unused or gently used and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
