MOTD – Hurricane Soda
Let the Rainbow Collection 🌈 looks COMMENCE! It feels like an eternity that I’ve been waiting to play with these amazing colors in an actual MOTD look, and today was the (first) day I actually got to do just that. 🙌
I’m LIVING for the depth in these shadows. They are completely blendable, yet with only a few layers can be very opaque and bold on the eye. I prefer to dab these colors in place with a brush when looking for heavy color saturation, a similar application to the glitter shadows. This allows the color to build, rather than “swiping” it away. If you’d prefer a more subtle look, then yes – blend these colors down, and use fewer layers. 💃
This eye combo is just making me SO happy. And this is only HALF of the Rainbow Collection in action. I already have a look for the second half planned, too! 😘
Can we just also talk about this lip combo for a second? Orange Soda and Hurricane Red do some AMAZING things together. The orange addition from the Carnival Collection gives Hurricane Red a perfect SURGE of bold fun to perfectly compliment this look. This lip would also be perfect for ANY hot summer occasion – its fun and bold without being over the top. It’s stunning! 😍
