It’s been a rough weekend. For those not following my stories, we had to put our 17-year old cat, Jane, to sleep this weekend, and I’ve been a complete mess. I am slowly gaining more peace, but I’m completely heartbroken. She was our best friend and entire world.

I’ve been grieving all weekend. Not working. Spending time with Ry, lots of tears. Today definitely felt like a good day for a little self care.
