Purple Passion Look of the Day
It’s been a long day of running errands with hubby, but I finally made it home in time to edit these pics and get them up tonight! 💃 I absolutely LOVE the use of purples for this look – I feel like this monochromatic vision has been building in my head for a while now, and I’m just super happy with how it turned out. Gimme ALL the purples, you guys! 💜💜💜
For the eyes, I used Purple Sapphire Shimmer on the outer corner, with Plasma Pink Shimmer used on top to blend into the center lid. There, I applied Elixir Glitter, and blended towards Lilac on the inner corner. I also used Plasma on the lower lash line, to tie the look together nicely. This eye is SO beautiful, I love how these colors combined together to create such beautiful music! 💜
On my lips, I did an ombré with a mix, as well. I first outlined with Boss, and then I premixed Queen B with Sunstone to create an absolutely gorgeous berry tone, and filled in the ombré with that. To create a balanced blend in an ombré, it takes patience and lots of blending back and forth, but its well worth it for the final effect. I wanted to give the look a little extra “pop” of color to coordinate better with the eyes, so I used one of my all time faves, Berry Blast, to finish the look off. 🤌 #perfection
