How do I place an order?

Click the SHOP tab to browse and shop for products. Orders placed on this website will ship directly from me to you, and sometimes include a backorder wait time, depending on product availability.

Click the SENESITE tab to shop my SeneSite, which ships ASAP.

How long do backordered items take to ship?

If an item is listed as backordered, it typically ships within 5-7 business days. Orders with multiple items will ship together unless otherwise noted.

How do I track my order?

If you’ve placed a stock order, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. If you did not get the email, or you can’t find it, contact me, and I will send it your way!

I’m not able to provide tracking information for orders placed on my SeneSite; however, if you contact SeneCare at 1 (888) 903-4317, they can assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

For orders placed on this website, I am only able to ship within the United States.

However, orders placed on my SeneSite can be shipped to the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.

What is your return policy?

Retail customers may return eligible products within 90 days of purchase for a replacement or refund, per SeneGence’s retail return policy.
